Why do you sell these products?

As a family owned business, our mission is to strengthen and help people in need all around the world. We sell these products in order to achieve that mission. Every purchase helps raise money for missions. With your help we hope to be able to increase the amount that is allotted to missions from each sale!

Where do you ship?

At this time, we ship exclusively to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

What are your payment options?

We accept payments via PayPal and major Credit/Debit card providers.

Refund & Replacement Policy

biaginiphotography does not accept Returns or Exchanges. Once an item has been received it cannot be returned. However, we do offer replacements at no additional cost if it falls under the following criteria:

  1. Items are faulty – damaged, broken, or soiled upon arrival.
  2. Parcels lost in transit.

Please contact us within 48 hours of the date of arrival and include your name, email, order number, and a brief explanation.

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. Otherwise you will receive a partial refund as we have already started the shipping process. 

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

biaginiphotography will not be held liable for any lost or misrouted parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in the mail or other mishaps from happening.

We are unable to make changes once an order has been shipped, so please contact us immediately if you entered the wrong shipping details.

How do I track my package?

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once the package is shipped. The email will contain a Tracking Number and URL. You can check on the status of your order at any time by going to the URL and inserting the Tracking Number provided. How long does it take for an order to arrive?

It can take anywhere between 2-7 business days for processing apparel products, and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products. However, most of our products are ready for shipping within 3 business days.

Then you have to calculate shipping speed on top of that. International orders have further to travel. So it may take longer for the order to arrive, depending on the carrier and shipping method that is chosen by you.
